BNP Paribas's wealth-management division has appointed two
executives to its first local team operating in the Netherlands,
the French bank said Tuesday.
Bernt Kok becomes chief executive of BNP Paribas Wealth
Management in the Netherlands, while Arjan van Rijn has been
appointed manager of key clients. They represent the division's
first team to be based locally to serve companies and major
families in the country, BNP Paribas said.
"With the development of this new division in the Netherlands,
Dutch clients can access an enhanced offer, especially in private
equity, asset-management mandates and financing, and draw upon the
group's expertise in corporate and investment banking, as well as
in real estate," the bank said.
