Other Events

On December 13, 2020, AECOM announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a quarterly dividend program and declared its first quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on January 21, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2022. The declaration and payment of future dividends are subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.

The press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
