Well WTF . The only good thing I'm thinking is that if it's bad news Co would release today before 5 pm ET . Thats usually what happens with biotechs . Release after the close before the weekend

Another thing that could have been part of the volume today is supposedly UNCY was added to the Russell 3000.  A bunch of buying happened just after 3:45pm and shot the price up from 6.88 to 7.15 in a flash. 

That closing volume looks very much like Russell 3000 reconstitution flow. Similar closing action showed up across other names too, including ATAI Beckley, TScan, DTIL and more. Pretty CONFIDENT this was indexrelated volume.

Either way they now have close to 80 million in cash and they can prepare for the future launch and resolve that court issue by negotiating a settlement using aroundf 3 Million $$ of that cash.
