For sure they would have known. Even if they didn't get the info from the FDA you can bet any normal person would have been calling the manufacturer every week to see if the inspection had taken place. They pounded the ATM because they knew there was no approval.

If for lack of investors, not being ready,etc,etc, at some point it will be impossible to get any quality big investors. That is my main concern.
