Item 7.01 Regulation FD.

On October 25, 2022, Timber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the European Medicines Agency (“EMA”) has granted orphan designation for TMB-001 for the treatment of autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis (“ARCI”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 25, 2022, the Company announced that the EMA has granted orphan designation for TMB-001 for the treatment of ARCI. The Company expects to apply to the EMA for orphan designation for TMB-001 for the treatment of X-linked recessive ichthyosis by October 26, 2022.
