following a strategic review of brewing and brands, as advised in
the Company's Annual Report, Graeme Craig, Brewing & Brands
Director, formally resigned and stepped down from his role as a
Director.
The following share transactions have been notified to the
Company and are reported accordingly:
Mr JB Neame advised the Company that on 20 September 2017, 2,500
shares of a legal & non beneficial interest had been
transferred to the beneficiaries at nil consideration. As a result
of this, Mr Neame's interest in legal and non-beneficial trusts
decreased from 81,790 shares to 79,290 shares.
