The US currency advanced against the Chilean peso and the Colombian peso in New York deals on Thursday. The greenback climbed to a 1-week highs of 550.90 against the Chilean peso at about 1:35 pm ET and 2046.50 versus the Colombian peso by about 11:25 am ET, compared to Wednesday's closing values of 548.45 and 2032.50, respectively. On the downside, the US currency may likely target the 559.83 level against the Chilean currency and 2054.18 level versus the Colombian currency.
