DAA ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT


Dublin Airport Authority plc, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aer Rianta
International c.p.t., announces that it has completed the sale of its 24.125%
shareholding in Birmingham Airport Holdings Limited to Airport Group Investments
Limited for a gross consideration of #210 million.  Details of the sale were
announced on 17 May 2007.
