Transfer of Engagements - Completion
Longhurst Group ("Longhurst") and
Grand Union Housing Group ("Grand Union") have today, 16 December
2024, completed their merger via a Transfer of Engagements of
Longhurst to Grand Union. The merger received approval by the
boards of both organisations and all necessary lender consents have
been obtained.
On 16 December 2024, the trading
name of Grand Union has changed to Amplius. The legally registered
name is Amplius Living, and the registered address is K2, Timbold
Drive, Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, MK7 6BZ.
Amplius Living is a charitable
housing association registered in England as a Community Benefit
Society (Reg. No. 7853) and registered with the Regulator of Social
Housing (Nº. L5060).
