("Abbeycrest" or "the Group")

Funding update

On 31 October 2011, the board of Abbeycrest announced that the Group needed to either extend its current banking facilities or reduce its working capital requirement by GBP0.2m in November 2011. The board has managed its working capital position to ensure that the Group has remained within its existing facility limits during the month. The Group's current cashflow forecasts indicate that the Group may again need to manage its working capital requirement during January 2012 and the board is currently reviewing options available in order to achieve this.
