                              Payment of Dividend



When the Company announced its results for the year ended 28 February 2007, it
advised that it was proposing to pay a maiden dividend for that year of 7 pence
per share. However, as a large proportion of the proposed dividend resulted from
realised capital gains, the payment had been deferred until Court sanction of
the capitalisation of the Company's Share Premium Account had been obtained.
This is now in process, but in order for the Company to meet the tests set by
the Inland Revene for qualifying VCTs, it is necessary for the income element of
the dividend to be paid to shareholders during the current financial year.


Accordingly, the directors of the Company are pleased to announce that a payment
of 0.4 pence per share will be paid on 8 February 2008 to all members registered
on the Company's Register of Members on 1 February 2008.
