Admission of
Shares
Amigo announced on 28 March 2024
that it had conditionally placed a total of 71,252,800 new ordinary
shares of 0.25p ("Second Placing Shares") at an issue price of
0.25p per share. The conditions for the Second Placing Shares
have been satisfied and they were admitted to listing on the
premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main
market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange effective
at 8.00 am today.
The Second Placing Shares rank
pari passu in all respects
with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with ISIN
GB00BFFK8T45.
Words and phrases defined in the
announcement dated 28 March 2024 will have the same meanings in
this announcement.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the total
number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is
570,352,960 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
