                                Issue of Equity

Aquilo Plc ("the Company") today announces the allotment of 4,285,715 ordinary
shares at 1.75p per share in relation to the acquisition in June 2006 of IT
Solutions (GB) Ltd, announced on 20 June 2006. These shares were issued pursuant
to the deferred consideration arrangements as detailed in that announcement.

The Company has applied for the 4,285,715 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on Wednesday 29 November 2006.
The Company now has a total of 451,130,615 shares in issue.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company.
