in respect of its BNP PARIBAS AGRINVEST CELL (the "Cell")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wish to announce that in accordance with the Cell's Summary and Securities Note dated 11 February 2008 that upon redemption of all the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Cell (the "Shares") on 1 July 2013 that the Shares admission to trading on the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled with effect from 7 a.m. on 2 July 2013.
