         Maiden Interim Results for the six months ended 31 March 2004


Award International Holdings Plc ("AIH") will be announcing its maiden interim
results on Wednesday, 16 June 2004.

AIH floated on AIM in March this year raising #1.65m, net of expenses and
currently has a market capitalisation of approximately #3m. There 
are 32,500,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.

AIH is engaged in: providing its clients with promotional goods and services
designed to increase brand awareness among consumers; corporate hospitality,
event management and corporate travel; and supplying promotional goods and
services exclusively in connection with travel and holiday accommodation.
