In connection with the appointment of Bill Hooley and Roger Turner as directors
of the company on 10 January 2006, the company hereby confirms it has no matters
to report under sections 9.6.13R (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules and, for the
purposes of section 9.6.13R (1), the directorships of publicly quoted companies
