Issue of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription for up to £20 million together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million) of new Ordinary Shares which the Company announced on 7 September 2023 (the "Offer").

The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the announcement by the Company on 25 January 2024 that the Company's unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2023 was 101.54p.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
