guaranteed Preference Shares Series B 
 
   (the "Issues") 
 
   BPI Capital Finance Ltd, as issuer of the Issues, having exercised its 
call option right on the whole of BPI Capital Finance Ltd USD 
150.000.000 Non cumulative, Non voting, guaranteed Preference Shares 
Series A (ISIN number KYG128051003) on December 18, 2003 and on the 
whole  of BPI Capital Finance Ltd USD 100.000.000 Non cumulative, Non 
voting, guaranteed Preference Shares Series B (ISIN number KYG128051185) 
on September 19, 2003 and having subsequently cancelled the total global 
amount of the Issues, informs that in accordance with the Listing Rules 
of the Financial Securities Authority (LR FSA) 5.2 (Cancellation of 
Listing), and in particular 5.2.8, will request to the Financial 
Securities Authority the cancellation of the listing of the Issues. 
 
   BPI Capital Finance, Ltd intends the cancellation of the listing of the 
Issues to take effect on May 20, 2013.
