                      Blueheath Holdings plc ("the Company")

                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 8,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM
market for listed securities ("Admission").

The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by
certain employees. Admission is expected to become effective on Wednesday, 15
February 2006.
