Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.


The notice discloses that Palmary has a 95.56% shareholding in Consolidated
Minerals, represented by 252,645,162 fully paid ordinary shares. The additional
shares were acquired as a result of settlement of on market purchases.
