CMS WebView plc (the "Company") was today notified that Mr Keith Young
transferred 9,650,000 ordinary shares in the Company into his personal pension
fund on 13 October 2006.



Mr Young's beneficial interest in the Company remains at 10,750,000 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 13.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
