Posting of Circular


Provalis PLC (LSE: PRO, "Provalis") announces that the Circular in relation to
the proposed disposal of PB Diagnostics Limited and Members' Voluntary
Liquidation announced on 7 August 2006 has been posted to shareholders today.

An extraordinary general meeting to approve the disposal of PB Diagnostics
Limited is to be held at 10:00 am on 1 September 2006 and a further
extraordinary general meeting to approve the Members' Voluntary Liquidation is
to be held at 10:00 am on 15 September 2006.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
