CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement made on 9 December 1999,
Matthew Roberts will, on 21 February 2000, relinquish the
temporary role of Company Secretary, which he has held in
addition to his executive responsibilities as Finance
Director of the Company, in favour of Mr Guy Johnson, who
will be joining the Company as Company Secretary on that
date.
