   The Board of the Company announces that they have published a 
supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to 
the offer for subscription for J Shares to raise up to GBP25 million 
(before issue costs) (the "Offer"). 
 
 
 
   The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of the annual 
report and accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2014 
("2014 Accounts"). 
 
 
 
   Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2014 Accounts have been 
submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Supplementary 
Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National
