Eastbridge Investments Plc ("Eastbridge" or "Company") has been notified of the following interests in the Company following the resumption of trading in its ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") on AIM.

Mr Philip McGinlay has notified the Company that he has a beneficial interest in 24,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 16.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of Eastbridge.

Mr Paul Segal has notified the Company that he has a beneficial interest in 30,266,344 Ordinary Shares representing 20.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of Eastbridge.
