                                 Sale of Apollo 
 
 
EBP announces that it has completed the agreement for the sale of its wholly 
owned subsidiary, Elgin BV, the owner of Apollo, EBP's mixed use development 
site in Belgrade, to Sunville Corporation N.V.  Under the terms of the 
agreement, the buyer assumed approximately Euro 20.8 million in existing 
financing held by Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank and paid cash of Euro 1.4 million. 
Signing of the sale and purchase agreement had been announced on December 22 
2009.
