Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 8 December 2023 for SW (FINANCE) I PLC's GBP450,000,000 Sub-Class A15 7.375 per cent. Fixed Rate Class A Guaranteed Sustainability Bonds due 2041 issued under its multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 14 November 2023 as supplemented on 29 November 2023 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation.
