Appointment of Group Finance Director 
 
 
Harvard International plc, the consumer electronics group, is pleased to 
announce that Colin  Grimsdell, aged 46, has been appointed Group Finance 
Director, with effect from 3 November 2009. 
 
 
Colin was previously Chief Finance Officer of The Sanctuary Spa Holdings, a 
private equity backed company, where he played a key role in all strategic and 
business development initiatives. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 
KPMG in Birmingham and, between 1994 and 2005, held a number of senior finance 
and business development roles with Boots Company plc. 
 
 
He is currently a director of HC1091 plc, a company formed to enable the 
relocation of Burton Rugby Football Club. 
 
 
Save as disclosed below, there are no other matters which are required to be 
disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM 
Rules.
