Appointment of new CFO
ITM Power PLC announces that Amy Grey will join
the Company as Chief Financial Officer and is expected to join the
Company's Board no later than early March 2025.
Amy brings a wealth of experience. She is
joining us from Sheffield Forgemasters, where she has been serving
as CFO and previously Finance Director. Before this, Amy held a
range of senior management roles, including Vice President of
Finance for Greenlane Renewables, a global provider of biogas
upgrading systems, UK Finance Director for Heras Perimeter
Protection, a Dutch-headquartered company with a global presence,
and Finance and Commercial Director at Kelda Group.
Amy will take over from Andy Allen, who will
step down from the Board on the same date. Andy will support Amy in
making a smooth transition and assume a different role within the
Company.
