Kitwave Group plc (AIM:
KITW), the delivered wholesale
business, announces that
Ben Maxted, Chief Executive Officer designate and David Brind,
Chief Financial Officer will hold an investor presentation and
Q&A session on Wednesday, 6 March 2024 at 10:00 am via the
Investor Meet Company platform.
The presentation will relate to the
Group's final results for the twelve months ended 31 October
2023, which will be announced on Tuesday, 27
February 2024.
The presentation is open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Investors can sign up to

Investors who already
follow Kitwave on the Investor Meet Company platform will
automatically be invited.
· Investors are encouraged to submit questions pre-event via the

dashboard up until 9 am the day before the meeting or at any time
during the live presentation.
· Whilst
the Company will not be in a position to answer every question it
receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of
information already disclosed to the market through regulatory
notifications.
· Responses to the Q&A will be published at the earliest

presentation.

Company Overview
Founded in 1987, following the acquisition of a single-site
confectionery wholesale business based in North Shields, United
Kingdom, Kitwave is a delivered wholesale business, specialising in
selling and delivering impulse products, frozen, chilled and fresh
foods, alcohol, groceries and tobacco to approximately 42,000,
mainly independent, customers.
With a network of 30 depots, Kitwave
is able to support delivery throughout the UK to a diverse customer
base, which includes independent convenience retailers, leisure
outlets, vending machine operators, foodservice providers and other
wholesalers, as well as leading national retailers.
The Group's growth to date has been
achieved both organically and through a strategy of acquiring
smaller, predominantly family-owned, complementary businesses in
the fragmented UK grocery and foodservice wholesale
market.
