Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions, Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products, is pleased to confirm ( as set out in the announcement of 02 May 2023 ) James Kidd's appointment as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

In addition, with effect from 01 October 2023, James is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
