(the Series 4 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 17 December the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 4 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society EUR7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 4 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 4 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 4 Covered Bonds with effect on 18 January 2019 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
