Mears Group PLC ('Mears' or the
'Group') announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share
buyback programme announced on 30 January 2025 (the 'Buyback
Programme'), the Group has purchased the following number of
ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through
Panmure Liberum Limited.

on 30 January 2025, Mears has purchased 403,000 Ordinary Shares in
aggregate for cancellation.
