                            Director's shareholding



On 3 August 2007, the Company received notification that on 3 August 2007 Andrew
Johnson, Executive Chairman of the Company, had purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 10p per share. The
shares will be registered in Andrew Johnson's SIPP.


Following this purchase, Andrew Johnson is interested in 3,600,000 Ordinary
Shares, of which 400,000 Ordinary Shares are held in his SIPP. This shareholding
represents 8.23 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
