In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at close of business on 31 January 2025 is 100,653,980 with each share holding one voting right. 

 

The Company also holds 18,875,552 shares in Treasury.
