                      Addworth takes stake in Ricmore Plc

Addworth Plc, the recently AIM floated 'active capital' investor, has today
announced that following recent purchases it has acquired 1,200,000 shares in
the AIM quoted Ricmore Plc, the internet and technology related services sector
company which floated on 30th March 2005. The stake represents 5.47% of
Ricmore's equity.
