RAB Special Situations Company Limited (the "Company")

Master Fund Redemption

Further to the announcement made on 25 February 2016 the Company has been informed that the Master Fund has set a compulsory redemption date of 1 April 2016. The redemption monies will be calculated on the basis of the valuation date of 31 March 2016 which is expected to be determined in late April 2016.

The Company is pleased to advise that this is earlier than originally communicated in the 27 November 2015 circular to shareholders. The Company and its advisers are working on proposals which are expected to include placing the Company into liquidation and returning monies to shareholders. A further announcement and circular will be sent out to shareholders in due course.
