Grant of Options

Pursuant to the terms of his employment contract, Paul Creamer, Chief Technology Officer, was entitled to be granted on 1 January 2011 options over 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") at an exercise price to be agreed, in accordance with the terms of the grant, between the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director.

The formal grant of the options was not finalised at the start of the year but this position has now been rectified. The grant has now been effected at an exercise price of 14.75 pence per Share, being the closing mid-market price of a Share as at 31 December 2010, being the business day preceding the grant date.

Following this grant, Paul now holds 606,923 Shares, representing approximately 0.64 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and, in aggregate, options over 710,000 Shares.
