The  directors are pleased to confirm that the Company has received a compensatory payment,  inclusive 
of  accrued  interest to 7th October 2008, of the entire credit balance formerly held by  the  Company 
with Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander ("KSF") in the sum of GBP693,067.02. 
 
This  sum was received from Financial Services Compensation Scheme, partially under the usual  GBP50,000 
FSCS Scheme and the balance via the Guarantee issued by the UK Government.
