In compliance with the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the
Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has
116,641,536 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares
have equal voting rights.
The figure of 116,641,536 Ordinary
Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the Rules.

Wellness, Branded Distribution and Soft Drinks. The Company's

Panasonic, and supplying lighting products exclusively under the
Energizer, Eveready, Black & Decker and JCB licences across 45
countries, Supreme has also developed brands in-house, most notably
88Vape, has a growing footprint in Sports Nutrition and Wellness
via its principal brands Sci-MX and Battle Bites, and has recently
expanded into the soft drinks market with the acquisitions of
Clearly Drinks and Typhoo Tea, adding well-known and established
brands to its portfolio.
