                             Dividend declaration


Further to the announcement on 16 January 2006, Teleunit S.p.A, the provider of
fixed line telephony, wireless broadband, wholesale services, premium access
numbers, and mobile content throughout Italy, is pleased to announce that the
Company will be paying a maiden dividend of one Euro cent per share which at
yesterday's closing exchange rate was equivalent to 0.683 pence.  The Company
has declared a timetable under the provisions of Italian law and as such this
maiden dividend is payable from 16 February 2006 to Shareholders on the Register
on the 13 February 2006.
