The Weather Lottery has signed a Partner Agreement with Profitable Play N.V.  to
add Instant Win Games, Bingo Games, Casino Games, Scratchcard Games and Pull Tab
Games to their website www.theweatherlottery.com

The site construction will be completed and launch will happen in the first week
of February 2007

Keith  Milhench  CEO  of The Weather Lottery PLC stated that  "Our  website  has
approximately  2,600,000 web requests on an annual basis. We intend  to  utilise
the web traffic and turn the web traffic into an additional source of income. It
is envisaged that our Weather Lottery Players from our 1500 Individual Societies
will enjoy the new games and have fun at the same time. Profitable Play N.V have
blue  chip clients such as Yahoo, Orange, ITV, Channel 4 and many others and  we
as  an  organisation  are  very  pleased to  have  negotiated  this  partnership
agreement"

The  Weather  Lottery  PLC will be receive 50% of Net Gaming  Revenue  generated
through it's website www.theweeatherlottery.com
