          Board Changes, Directors Shareholding and Issue of New Shares

The Weather Lottery is delighted to announce today's appointments of Lord 
Razzall as Non-Executive Chairman and Robert White as an Executive Director of 
the Company. 
 
Lord Razzall is qualified solicitor and the Liberal Democrat spokesman on Trade 
and Industry and has more than 35 years experience in corporate finance, mergers 
and acquisitions.  He is the founder of Argonaut Associates which provides 
management, financial and corporate advisory services to entrepreneurs and 
corporate clients.  He has chaired several quoted companies and was awarded the 
title of European Lawyer of the year in 1992. 
 
Robert White started his career with The Royal Bank of Scotland, eventually 
moving into senior management positions in Glasgow and the West Midlands over a 
20 year period.  10 years ago he moved into the telecommunications and 
technology sectors, successfully developing two businesses. 
 
Concurrent with these new board appointments, Neil McGowan and Mike Mills have 
stood down as directors of the Company.  Andy Moore has stood down as Chairman 
of the Company, but will remain as a Non-Executive Director. 
 
Lord Razzall, the Company's new Chairman said: 
"I am delighted to become the Chairman of the Weather Lottery.  I believe that 
together with Robert, Andy and Keith, we can build on the foundations already 
laid and develop The Weather Lottery into a successful company." 
 
The Company has today issued 16,000,000 new ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary 
Shares") to Andy Moore in settlement of accrued director's fees of GBP32,000.  An 
application has been made to admit these shares for trading on AIM on 12 January 
2010.  Following the issue of these shares, Mr. Moore will have a total holding 
of 21,537,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 21.69% of the enlarged share 
capital of the Company. The issue of the new shares to Mr. Moore is a Related 
Party Transaction as defined under the AIM Rules for Companies.  The independent 
Directors (all Directors other than Mr. Moore), who have consulted with the 
Company's nominated adviser, believe the terms of the issue to be fair and 
reasonable in so far as shareholders are concerned.The Company now has 
99,304,730 shares in issue.
