DIVIDEND
DECLARATION
The Board of Directors of the
Company has declared an interim dividend of 1.06 pence per share
for the three-month period to 31 December 2024. The dividend will
be paid on 3 April 2025 to shareholders on the register as at 7
March 2025. The ex-dividend date is 6 March 2025.
The 1.06 pence per share dividend represents the
net revenue return earned by the Company for the three-month period
to 31 December 2024.
In future periods, as in the period
to 31 December 2024, dividends will reflect earned net revenues
which are likely to reduce as the portfolio composition
changes. Dividends will be not less than 85% of earned net
revenues.
The Company has elected to designate
all of the interim dividend for the three-month period to 31
December 2024 as an interest distribution to its shareholders,
thereby "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into
dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as
interest income. No income tax will therefore be deducted at
source from this, or from future interest distributions.
