Wyatt Group announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly approved by shareholders. As a result, 3,320,000 new
ordinary 1p shares will be issued to shareholders on the register at the close
of business on 4 December 2002 on the basis of one new ordinary 1p share for
every one existing ordinary 1p share held.



Application has been made for the 3,320,000 new ordinary 1p shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place and
dealings commence on 5 December 2002.
