PDMR Shareholding
Xaar plc (the "Company") was notified on 2 December 2022 that
Graham Tweedale, Chief Operations Officer, exercised a total of
8,364 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at an exercise price of 34.0 pence per share granted as
part of the 2019 SAYE scheme on December 1(st,) 2022, and sold the
shares on December 2(nd) 2022, at an average price of 199.5 pence
per Ordinary Share.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements
