issued by the Issuer
presently outstanding
under the Issuer's €12.5
billion Global Covered Bond Programme
irrevocably and
unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest
by
Yorkshire Building Society Covered Bonds LLP
NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Series 15
Covered Bonds that in accordance with Conditions 6(f) (Purchases) and 6(g) (Cancellation), the Issuer has on or
about 24 May 2024 cancelled £467,298,000 of the Series 15 Covered
Bonds it owns (the Cancelled
Series 15 Covered Bonds) and has surrendered to the
Principal Paying Agent the Cancelled Series 15 Covered Bonds for
cancellation.
£282,702,000 of the Series 15 Covered Bonds
remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the London Stock
Exchange.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this
Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and
Conditions of the Covered Bonds and in the Final Terms of the
Series 15 Covered Bonds dated 20 November 2019.
