The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the OFI Revenue Weighted ESG Index (the underlying index). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rules-based methodology to select companies from within the S&P 500 Index that have strong environmental, social and governance practices, and then re-weight those companies according to the revenue earned, subject to a maximum 5% per company weighting.
