Corinthian Colleges Reports New Option Grants Under NASDAQ Market Rule 4350 SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) today announced that on January 3, 2005, in accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350, 15 non-executive employees were granted inducement stock options covering an aggregate of 17,000 shares of common stock. Additionally, an option to purchase 17,500 shares as well as a grant of restricted stock units covering an additional 2,500 shares was granted to Anna Marie Dunlap, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Each of these options were granted without stockholder approval pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(i)(1)(A)(iv) with the following terms: each option has been classified a nonqualified stock option, has an exercise price of $18.50 per share, which was the fair market value of the common stock on the grant date, has a ten year term, and vests 25% per year on each of the first four anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment through each relevant date.
