Houston, Texas; Company's Tenth New Campus in Fiscal 2004 -
Bissonnet Campus Marks 28th New Branch Campus Opened Since 1999 -
SANTA ANA, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian
Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) today announced the opening of a new
National Institute of Technology (NIT) school in Houston, Texas.
Houston Bissonnet, the fourth NIT campus in Houston, is located at
Westwood Technology Center, 9700 Bissonnet and will offer allied
health programs. "Allied health represents one of the
fastest-growing sectors in the U.S. economy and we have experienced
very positive demand for our programs throughout the greater
Houston area," said David G. Moore, chairman and chief executive
officer. "We look forward to the opportunity to provide
Corinthian's high quality allied health programs to additional
students in the greater Houston metropolitan area, as well as
employment opportunities as we partner with local employers seeking
trained allied health professionals." Moore added, "With the
opening of Houston Bissonnet, Corinthian has met its aggressive
objective of opening 10 new campuses in fiscal 2004; Bissonnet is
the 28th new campus opened since our IPO in 1999. Opening new
branch campuses is a key component of our internal growth strategy,

previously stated, we look forward to opening approximately 10 new
campuses in fiscal 2005, including the three schools that have
already been announced -- Fort Worth, Texas; Columbus, Ohio; and
Earth City, Missouri." Houston Bissonnet, which encompasses
approximately 28,500 square feet, will initially offer diploma
programs in medical assistant and pharmacy technician and expects
to offer additional allied health programs in the future.
